Hello hackers! WilsonHacks is less than 24 hours away and we are extremely excited to have all of you compete in our fourth annual hackathon! This announcement will detail a few logistics for the event, so make sure to read everything thoroughly!
1. We have just published our Student Information Packet! You can read through it here: https://tinyurl.com/wh40studentinfo (All times are in EST)
2: We will be hosting game sessions throughout the event, including Among Us, Pictionary, and Gartic Phone. Sign up here: https://tinyurl.com/wh4hgames
3: A check-in form will be sent out at 10 am on Saturday morning and will be due by December 11, 2021 12:00 PM.
4: All projects will be DUE on December 12, 2021 5:00 PM. The closing ceremony will happen three hours later on December 12, 2021 8:00 PM after the judging process.
5: We are using Discord's new feature, Events. Click "Events" at the top of the channels section to get notified when events are happening! You can also save the events to your favorite calendar app and get mobile notifications.
6: Feel free to ask any questions! @Organizers are here to help with any logistical problems and @Mentors can help you with any coding problems at any time.
7: Make sure to change your Discord username to your name on Devpost to make it easier for organizers and judges.
8: A theme will be introduced during the opening ceremony tomorrow happening at December 12, 2021 8:00 PM. Looking forward to seeing all of you there!
